We contracted BMACO Design Studio to design our new home on our three-acre property located in Orangeville, NSW.

Our growing family needed to spread out a bit and while there was the need to provide the kids with a bit of privacy, we wanted a home that would still draw us together with big living areas that were comfortable and functional.

We enjoy having our extended family and friends over, and therefore, these areas had to accommodate generous indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.

BMACO Design Studio was responsible for the design of our current premises for The Local Dental Group in Parkdale.

Our blank canvas comprised of approx. only 105m2 of floor area in total. Fab's task was to design efficient and workable spaces for the reception and waiting areas, surgery and sterilisation rooms, laboratories, casting & porcelain rooms as well as staff amenities areas.

Our experience from our dealings with Fab was that we felt he put a lot of emphasis on listening to what our practical needs were as well as providing valuable design advice.

He achieved this by sitting down over a few cups of coffee during the design process with our dentists and lab technicians to pour through his concept drawings until we were 100% happy.

BMACO Design Studio was engaged to design a side-by-side Dual Occupancy development on our investment property in Cranebrook, NSW.

The property already contained an existing single-storey dwelling and was located at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Due to the triangular-shaped block of land, Fab's challenge was to come up with a modern functional design that would have both good solar and private space access whilst complementing the existing dwelling already on the block.

In our opinion, the resulting design that he came up with ticked all those boxes.

Fab was very professional in the manner he conducted himself during the whole process. From the Design stages through to the Development Application and Construction Certificate phases, he was in constant contact with us to keep us informed.

As part of his service, he also coordinated all the other consultants and approvals required i.e., Landscape Designer and Sydney Water approvals.

We asked Fabricio from BMACO Design Studio to design an extensive addition & renovation after we purchased our property in Otford, Wollongong in NSW.

The existing residence and shop are located on an iconic corner in the area. The Otford Pantry had been operating from these premises for decades and is a well-know "must stop" attraction for weekend visitors to the area.

The brief was to come up with a design for an additional three bedrooms and living areas that would accommodate our expanded family.

Our ageing parents would be moving in with us, and we not only needed the extra space, but the design also needed to provide for some level of privacy and independence for them.

The design needed to not only comply with the strict height restrictions, but it also was subject to the highest possible Bushfire classification level. BAL-FZ

The methods of construction and materials to be used had to be carefully specified and certified.

Fab and his team of Structural Engineers, Bushfire Consultants, and other contacts he coordinated did a magnificent job to meet our brief. The Development Application went through council with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner.

His attention to detail and regard for our need to achieve our goal of sticking to our budget made the whole process stress free and therefore very enjoyable.

We would not think twice in the future if we needed the services of a Building Designer. We would be using BMACO again!
